About me
After studying shiatsu for three years at the Devon School of Shiatsu, UK and graduating in 2006, I set up my practice in Brussels.
The study of shiatsu, which teaches the interrelationship of a seemingly fragmented reality, profoundly changed my way of viewing and engaging with life.
After years of university studies (International Relations BA and International Law MA) I set aside work in the institutional human rights sector and followed my longing to be directly in touch with people and to engage with interpersonal work. I pursued my interest with further studies in Seiki with Shiatsu Master Akinobu Kishi, Movement Shiatsu with Bill Palmer, Qi Gong with Daverick Legget and was introduced to energy psychology by Barrie Musgrave (EFT and family constellations).
My life path has shown me the importance of following our inner voice and I strongly believe in the need to live our true nature, our true being. This to me is being healthy in the whole sense- a manifestation of the spark in all our actions that strongly holds together our physical, emotional, spiritual and soul levels.
Following my conviction that joy and health and nature should be linked, I now teach, next to my practice, health and environmental issues in schools and community spaces.
